The high regenerative ability of damaged bone tissue in Oral and maxillofacial area has made it an optimal target for engineering. Introducing scaffold that biocompatibility good degradability can also deliver biological factors well is the most important goal In present study, poly(lactide-co-glycolide) (PLGA)/silk fibroin (SF) nanofibrous scaffolds with without inorganic polyphosphate (polyP) as a Wnt pathway activator was fabricated via electrospinning. potential application oral engineering investigated culture isolated characterized dental pulp stem cells (DPSCs) vitro. obtained results demonstrated highest viability DPSCs detected when grown on PLGA/SF/polyP nanofibers compared to PLGA/SF nanofibers.
